Presenters must participate in the symposium and complete their registration payment. Failure to do so will result in the inability to present your abstract during the Oral Presentation Session.

Non-compliance with the specified deadline and instructions will lead to automatic
The case or research must not have been or will be presented at another scientific meeting
Not attending the session will lead to automatic In case the first author is unable to attend with a valid reason, the co-author may present on theirbehalf.
Presenters must be available within 30 minutes before their assigned session begins.
The presentation should not exceed 7 minutes for Case Reports and 9 minutes for Original Research/Meta-Analysis.

Winners will be announced during the ACSA 2025 Closing Ceremony.
The judges’ decisions are conclusive and cannot be disputed.

Please use the official ACSA 2025 slide template for your presentation, which is designed for a wide screen 16:9 aspect ratio.
Ensure that your presentation slides are created using Microsoft PowerPointversions 2003, 2007, 2010, or 2023, and save them in either .ppt or .pptx
Name your slides according to the following format: Full Name_Abstract Title.
To prevent any technical issues, please exclusively use the committee’s laptop foryour
Stick to the standard fonts listed for your presentation: Times New Roman, Arial,
Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier, and Courier New.
Submission will be opened on July 17th, 2025 and submit your abstract before September 16th, 2025, by 23.59 WIB
The presenters of the accepted abstracts will be notified on October 16th, 2025
